In May 1996, after working for five insurance agencies over an 18-month span, I saw a combination of mismanaged agencies, disgruntled employees and poorly run insurance companies. As if that weren’t enough, customers were mistreated and mislead and hidden extra fees were added to the policies. Enough was enough.
I opened Rainbow Insurance in May, 1996 to avoid all of the above. My goal was to provide a clean and safe environment for customers and employees. We would never add on any hidden extras to any policy. I felt that if we treated our customers with respect, then we would be treated with respect in return.
Frankly, insurance is not fun and even worse… it can be expensive. However, insurance is a necessity in our society today. To this end, we strive to offer "A" rated insurance companies with multiple direct bill payment plans to choose from. We find a way to work within every budget and we offer real solutions to insurance and licensing problems.
Imagine an agency where you are greeted with a smile, where you are always told the truth and where you can expect all staff members to be looking out for your best interests every day.
