In May 1996, after working for five insurance agencies over an 18-month span, I saw a combination of mismanaged agencies, disgruntled employees and pathetic "B" rated insurance companies. Furthermore, customers were mistreated and lied to and hidden extras were added to policies. Finally, employee confusion, lack of respect in every direction and filthy offices resulted in a rather unpleasant experience for everyone.
I opened Rainbow Insurance in May 1996 in Margate to avoid all of the above. My goal was to provide a clean and safe environment for customers and employees. We would never add on any hidden extras to any policy. I felt that if we treated our customers with respect, then we would be treated with respect in return.
Frankly, insurance is not fun. Even worse, it's expensive. However, insurance is a necessity in our society today. To this end, we strive to offer "A" rated insurance companies with multiple direct bill payment plans to choose from. We find a way to work within every budget and we offer real solutions to insurance and licensing problems.
Imagine an agency where you are greeted with a smile, where you are told the truth and where you can expect all staff members to be watching out for yor best interests every day. Imagine an agency where you are actually treated as family. It is this type of agency I have tried to build.
